  • I was tired of searching through countless planners/journals rife with inspirational quotes or tacky embellishments. I wanted something functional, organized, simple, and easy to use.

  • A list-forward, customizable and wonderfully simple undated journal that inspires me to journal + plan every day.

Born from a desire to create a functional, organized, list-forward, journal/planner without inspirational quotes or tacky embellishments. I relished in very step of the process— planning the content, designing the pages, finding a printer and eventually creating my perfect planner that I still use everyday.

This project is one of my favorite design projects in recent years. It’s been so fun to develop something that is personal, meaningful, and utilitarian. I’ve loved every step of the process— from organizing and planning each section, to laying it all out in InDesign, and finally working with the printer to get it into the hands of people I love.

I shared the project on social media and to my surprise, I immediately had requests from friends and followers to make more and sell them! So… I opened a little Etsy shop and now My Journal is out there in the world helping other people end their search for the perfect planner :)
